Fractional CTO for clinics and growing businesses

Your systems talk to each other. Every time.

I'm Chibuzor Alumba. I connect the software your business actually runs on, your CRM, your booking, your clinical or field platform, your forms, your reporting, so nothing falls through the cracks. And when something breaks, I'm back to you in minutes, not days. Senior technical leadership on retainer, without hiring a full tech team.

11+ years building enterprise systems Telehealth and clinical practices are most of my retainer work "Back to me in minutes"

Sound familiar?

You have the tools. Nobody is actually running them.

Here's the thing nobody thinks about. Forms, ads, calendars, follow-ups and the clinical or job software were all set up by different people at different times. Each one works. Together, they don't quite connect. So this happens:

Leads slip through the cracks

A form gets filled, a text never goes out, a booking sits in one system and not the other. Nobody notices until the patient is gone.

Your team works around the gaps

Front desk and coordinators patch it with spreadsheets, sticky notes and double entry just to keep the day moving.

You can't see what's going on

The reports don't show where things get stuck or what to fix first, so you're guessing. And guessing is expensive.

What I actually do

I take your systems like they're my own.

Connect your systems

CRM, forms, payments, clinical software, field platforms and reporting, wired together with webhooks and triggers that are set up right the first time.

Automate the handoffs

Repetitive data entry, notifications, follow-ups and internal handoffs happen on their own, and they fit how your team actually operates, not a template.

Build what's missing

The portal, dashboard or workflow your existing platforms cannot provide, built around your real process instead of bending your business around generic software.

Senior oversight, no full-time hire

One person who owns the tech, the vendors and the roadmap, on a monthly retainer. You make a few decisions and let someone run with it.

Proof

Real reviews from real clinical and technical work.

These are from Google, from clients whose clinic tools, scheduling, communications and support all had to work together. And did.

"We run a healthcare practice on OptiMantra, and getting GoHighLevel to play nicely with our clinical workflows is no small task. Patient communications have to go out reliably and clinical services captured correctly, every time."

Google review, healthcare practice on OptiMantra and GoHighLevel

"He built out our automation setup across OptiMantra and GoHighLevel. Wiring up webhooks and triggers correctly is easy to get wrong and a headache when it breaks. He understands the clinical side, not only the tech, so everything fits how we operate."

Google review, telehealth and clinical practice

"Extremely knowledgeable and patient, explains situations in a very easy to understand way, and sees projects through to completion. Back to me in minutes."

Case studies

Real examples of systems I've connected and built.

Connected patient intake, CRM and refill workflows

The situation
A healthcare practice was running across a clinical platform, GoHighLevel, WordPress forms and spreadsheet reporting. Information had to move between them reliably, and the standard tools did not support all of the practice's workflows.
What I did
Connected OptiMantra and GoHighLevel with webhooks, embedded the CRM forms in the existing website, mapped everything into custom fields, built the medication refill request workflow and the operational report it feeds, and stayed on as the ongoing technical resource.
What changed
A connected workflow without replacing any software or hiring an internal developer. Patient information, CRM activity and refill requests now follow one structured process.

The integration layer for an AI-assisted telehealth platform

The situation
The founders could build their user interface fast with AI, but the healthcare integrations and the complex data flows underneath needed experienced ownership.
What I did
Evaluated third-party APIs, designed the flow of information to external systems, implemented the API and webhook integrations, handled data mapping and sync, and connected completed events to the downstream communication systems.
What changed
The founders keep moving quickly on the product while the difficult integration work stays professionally owned. No integration specialist to hire, no internal engineering team to build.

Centralized construction project communication

The situation
Project conversations, trade issues and updates were spread across email and disconnected channels.
What I did
Built a custom application around the company's actual operating process: a project email address per job, issue notifications to the trades affected, emails captured inside the app and attached to the right issue, and one history per project.
What changed
One operational record designed around how the company and its trade partners already communicate, instead of a generic platform they had to work around.

How it works

A simple way to get the tech under control.

1

Find where things get stuck

We look at the tools you already have, the points where leads, bookings, follow-up or reporting break down, and what matters most to you.

2

Connect or build what's missing

The spots causing the most friction get fixed first. Existing platforms get integrated; what they can't do gets built.

3

Keep it reliable as you grow

Regular check-ins, everything documented, and a steady hand when you launch a new service, location, provider or tool.

Tell me what's broken

What is disconnected, manual, or missing? Two sentences is plenty. I read every one and I'm usually back to you the same day.
